Refund Policy

We want every customer to be delighted. If you are not, here is how returns & refunds work.
Physical products
- You may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping).
- Defective products will be replaced or refunded in full, including return shipping.
- Custom or branded items are non-returnable unless defective.
Digital downloads
- Digital products (ATPs, lesson plans, worksheets) are non-refundable once downloaded.
- If a download fails or the file is corrupt, we will replace it free of charge.
Training & courses
- Cancellation 14+ days before: full refund
- 7–13 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: no refund (substitution allowed)
How to request a refund
Email returns@sgcorpsolutions.africa with your order number. Refunds are processed within 7 working days.
